We stopped at the American Gothic house to walk the dogs. It was closed for the holiday, but we got some pictures nonetheless. We’ve stopped here before, but I can’t seem to remember when…

We stopped at the Hyvee grocery store to get wine before completing our long day of driving.

The puppies enjoying a larger back yard than they are used to at home – and grass!

We skipped going to a fireworks show, but could see many in the distance and Camilla played with sparklers.
Neighbors also launched fireworks. Some were loud enough that Foxy got so scared he spent the entire night sleeping/hiding under a chair rather than safe in bed with us.
